Covid-19 Update: Important Information
Welcome to our school
Dear parents, carers and community,
We welcomed back all of our children on Tuesday 3rd November for Term Two. We need to continue taking great care as the UK enters its second Nationwide lockdown to reduce the spread of Coronavirus. We politely request that you adhere to the Government guidance regarding face coverings and social distance to ensure the safety of the whole site. We must request that parents do not enter the school building unless a pre-arranged appointment has been agreed. Please keep in touch by using the the Admin email or by phone.
To increase safety, please follow the following guidelines regarding drop-off and collection of your children.
* Please stay in family bubbles and keep your children with you. They should stay with you until it is time for their class to enter at the agreed, staggered times.
* if you have only one child to drop-off, please do not arrive too early. Five minutes beforehand is plenty.
* if you have an older child who walks to school, they should not be on site before 9.00. Please plan when they leave home to assist with this.
* If a problem has occurred on the way to school, please approach either myself, Mrs Profitt or Mrs Garnier (Monday/Tuesday). Please do stay back and away from the lines to promote social distancing.
Inside school, we have employed extra cleaning staff and still insist upon the children regularly washing their hands and practising good hygiene habits.
It is truly a wonderful place to be now. We look forward to when we can welcome you back inside and showcase our modern building, the calm atmosphere and the wonderful work that our delightful staff do every day.
Take care, stay safe and my best wishes.
